Investors

Investors can choose an appropriate loan application from the browse listing for a detailed view and investment.

Browse listing provides an overview of listed loan applications

A single investor can invest in multiple loan applications and multiple investors can invest in a single loan application.

An investor must invest min of $25 in a loan application if they wish to proceed.

The maximum amount will be the requested loan amount or the amount left to fund that loan application fully. For example, if a loan application is listed for $1,000 (total loan amount) and is already 30% ($300) funded, the investor can invest a minimum of $25 or a maximum of $700.

Investors can select a loan application to view the detailed information related to that specific loan application and borrower's credit data.

Upon reviewing the application, investors can find a text box to type the amount they wish to invest. They will be presented with the minimum and maximum amount (pending amount) in the text box

Investors can view their account balance as well.

Once they enter an amount, the platform will let them invest by clicking on the "Invest" link.

A dialog box will appear with a confirmation question.

Upon confirmation, the invested amount will be deducted from the available balance.

The app will notify if the investors don't have sufficient funds to make investments via a message.

The message will guide them through adding funds to their account.
